Canyoning to Shakuran Waterfall with guide-led caution

Canyoning toward Шакуранский водопад: влажные лесные каскады Кодора means moving through a damp gorge where the path can shift between streambed, slick stone, roots and narrow rock corridors. It is scenic, but it should not be treated as a normal walk with wet shoes.
Route feel
Progress is slow because every step depends on grip and water level. Some groups may stop well before the waterfall if the canyon is too wet, the current is stronger than expected or the return would become rushed.
Main risks
Rain upstream can change conditions even when the sky above you looks calm. Wet clothing, shade and cold pools reduce comfort quickly, especially for tired travellers. The route is a poor choice for people who dislike exposure, scrambling or moving in water.
Gear and guidance
Use footwear that holds on wet rock, protect electronics and carry dry layers for after the route. Where ropes, jumps, deep pools or route-finding are involved, rely on a guide or instructor rather than a written description.
Technical-route boundary
Once ropes, deep pools, narrow passages, jumps or line choice through water appear, the route is no longer an independent walk. Without a guide, gear and a clear exit plan, stop earlier and keep the canyon as a shore-based impression.
